Our factory
Built and assembled where we can check it.
The auxiliary range — mixing, feeding, conveying, cooling, de-watering, screening, odor removal and pellet after-handling, plus the integrated systems that combine them — is built in our own factory. Motors, bearings and electrical components are standard bought-out parts, selected by us; the configuration, assembly, factory testing and quality control of the complete machine are carried out here.
Who builds what
In our factory
Auxiliary machines and integrated systems: configuration, assembly, wiring, factory testing and quality control.
By partner factories
Single-screw and twin-screw pelletizing lines and their main machines, built against the drawings and configuration you finally confirm.
On those lines we stay your single commercial and project contact. After a partner factory completes its test run, we re-check the machine independently against your final version, and inspect at the partner factory when the project needs it.
Production release
Production starts only from confirmed papers.
A machine enters production when the papers below are final — and the release is approved by the production side, not by a sale alone.
-
PI and contract confirmed
The commercial documents match what you agreed, with no open points.
-
Drawings released at the final version
The version you confirmed is the version the workshop builds from.
-
Advance payment received
Actually received by our bank — not only initiated.
-
No pending changes open
Late changes re-enter confirmation first and move the lead time accordingly.
- When the lead time starts
- Lead time starts when the bank has received the advance payment and the PI and drawings are confirmed with no pending changes. It is usually counted in working days.
What you hear about during production
- Drawings released
- Materials and main components arrived
- Main build completed
- Assembly completed
- Ready for the test run
- Final test completed
You do not get daily reports. But anything that could affect the configuration, the quality or the delivery date is reported to you immediately, in writing.
Factory checks
Every machine is powered on before it is packed.
Before packing, each machine is powered on and run unloaded for an agreed period. The run is documented with photos and a running video that go to you with the shipment release.
- Final configuration
- Voltage and frequency
- Nameplate

- Accessories
- Basic functions
Machines leaving our factory carry CE marking on the nameplate; certification documents are provided when you ask for them with the order.
Performance responsibility
What a quotation commits to — and what needs a test agreement.
Quality control ends in measurable responsibility. What we promise depends on what has been tested and written down.
In the standard quotation
The equipment model, configuration, dimensions, power and design throughput.
Quantified process results
Capacity, temperature, moisture, mixing uniformity or VOC figures are committed when the actual material, test method, running conditions, duration and acceptance figures are agreed and written into the PI, contract or technical agreement.
If a committed result falls short
-
First the running conditions are checked against the agreement: actual material, throughput, power supply, cooling water, operating parameters and the upstream and downstream interfaces.
-
When conditions match, our engineers troubleshoot remotely and guide the adjustment.
-
If that does not solve it: replacement parts, a machine modification, on-site service or a retest — decided case by case.
Where the cause is confirmed to be our design or manufacturing, we carry the cost of the correction.
