The default check
Every machine runs before it ships.
Power-on and a period of unloaded running in our factory are part of every delivery, whatever the machine and whatever the order size. The run verifies the machine against the documents you confirmed — the PI, the contract and the drawings — not against a generic checklist.
You do not need to be present for the run. It is documented with photos and a running video, and anything beyond it — your material, a longer run, an outside inspector — is arranged as its own step, described below.
- Standard factory check
- Power-on and a period of no-load running. No single test duration is stated for every machine.
What the standard check covers
-
Final configuration
Checked against the confirmed PI and drawings.
-
Voltage and frequency
Against the electrical specification in the order.
-
Nameplate
Machine data as ordered.
-
Appearance and finish
-
Main components
Brands and models as specified.
-
Accessories and spare parts
Against the packing list.
-
Basic functions
Arranged in advance
Beyond the standard check, agreed first.
Raise it during the quotation or before production ends. The conditions and the cost are confirmed in writing; then the test runs before shipment.
These tests are real options, not sales wording. What turns an option into a plan is a written confirmation of its conditions and cost — after that, the agreed acceptance becomes part of the order and runs before the shipment stage.
- Arranged in advance
- Material test runs, third-party inspection or testing are discussed in advance and the cost is confirmed before they are carried out.
Quantified performance promises enter the order documents only when the test material, running conditions, method, duration, measurement and acceptance figures are fixed in writing.
Evidence and release
Photos and video, then shipment.
After production you receive photos of the finished machine and a video of the test run. Where a third-party inspection or a special test was agreed, that acceptance is completed first. The machine is released to packing and shipment once you have confirmed and the bank has actually received the agreed pre-shipment payment.
-
Photos of the finished machine
Taken when production is completed.
-
Running video
The test run, provided before the shipment payment stage.
-
Agreed acceptance first
Third-party inspections and special tests run before release.
