Included as standard
Support starts with the machine, not with a visit.
Every delivery ships with operating manuals and basic installation guidance. Remote technical support is free of charge: by email, instant messaging or video, engineers help you install, adjust parameters and troubleshoot — no service ticket, no separate invoice.
-
Operating manual
How the machine is installed, run and maintained.
-
Basic installation guidance
For the mechanical and control connections at your site.
-
Free remote support
By email, instant messaging or video — at no cost.
-
Parameter & troubleshooting help
Adjustments and fault diagnosis, guided by our engineers.
On-site service
An on-site crew is scoped, quoted and confirmed — per project.
Installation, commissioning and operator training can all be guided remotely; a visit is booked when the project needs hands at the machine.
When a project needs hands at the machine, engineers come to your plant to install, commission or train — as a separate, charged service whose scope is confirmed before the trip.
- On-site service fee
- Fees are confirmed per project and region and are quoted separately. On-site service is not offered at a standing published daily rate.
Visa, flights, local transport, accommodation, meals, translation and site safety are settled in the same written confirmation — nothing is left open after arrival.
Confirmed before anyone books a flight
- Number of engineers
- Service days
- Visa and return flights
- Local transport
- Accommodation and meals
- Translation
- Site safety arrangements
Site conditions
What the machine needs — and what your team prepares.
The requirements below are confirmed in the proposal and drawings for your project; the lists here show how the responsibility is normally divided.
The equipment requires
- Voltage and power
- Cooling water
- Compressed air
- Exhaust ventilation
- Installation footprint and height
- Mechanical and control interfaces
The customer prepares
- Site power supply
- Water and air supply
- Machine foundation
- Lifting equipment
- Exhaust ducting
- Plant conditions around the line
- Connection work to the existing line
Where a project needs us to carry on-site engineering, it appears as its own line in the proposal and quotation — never assumed afterwards.
From arrival to running
Four stages between the container and a running line.
How much is done remotely and how much on site follows the confirmed scope; the stages themselves do not change.
-
Arrival and positioning
The machine is unpacked and set on the prepared foundation; lifting is arranged on site.
-
Installation
Mechanical and control interfaces are connected, guided remotely or on site as agreed.
-
Commissioning
Utilities are checked and parameters set; the first trial run is made together with your team.
-
Acceptance and running
Operators are trained and normal running starts; on larger projects the retainer falls due after installation and one month of normal running.
