Who is responsible for your data
This website is run by Nicety Machinery Co., Ltd (“Nicety Machinery”, “we”). What follows describes what actually happens on this site — it is a record of our practice, not a template.

- Second plant: Juhui E Valley Hi-Tech Park, Liaobu, Dongguan, Guangdong, China

The only personal information we collect is what you send us
Browsing this site collects no personal information about you. When you send the Request a Quote form or the Contact form, we receive:
- your name and your email address;
- another way to reach you, if you add one — a phone number or a messaging account;
- your country, if you enter it;
- what the request is about — equipment, a system or project, spare parts, or a general enquiry — and your message;
- the project facts you choose to give, such as the material involved;
- the machine, model, solution, application or case study the request was opened from, so we answer about the right thing;
- one optional attachment — a drawing, data sheet or photograph (PDF, Office document, DWG/DXF, STEP, ZIP/RAR/7Z, JPG or PNG), up to 15 MB in total.
We do not record marketing parameters, the page you came from, or anything else about how you browse. The forms read nothing else in your browser.
What happens to a request
- It is stored once, in the website’s private records. These records are not published, do not appear in site search, and cannot be reached by URL.
- A copy is emailed to our sales inbox so a person can answer you. If that email fails, the stored request is not lost — the failure is recorded and the send can be retried.
- An attachment is kept in a folder that is closed to the web. Only a signed-in administrator can open one, from the back office.
Spam protection
The forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3. When you submit a form, that check runs against Google’s service; Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to it. A submission the check cannot score is kept and marked for a person to read — it is not silently thrown away.
Measurement, and your choice
Three measurement tools are configured on this site: Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics 4 (through Site Kit) and Cloudflare Web Analytics. None of them runs before you accept.
- While you have not chosen — and if you choose Reject — their code sits on the page as inert text. It never runs, and none of these providers receives anything about your visit.
- If you accept, anonymous usage statistics are collected — which machines and pages are viewed — so we can improve what matters to readers.
- Your choice is kept in your browser’s own storage, not in a cookie and not on our server. It survives your next visit, and clearing your browser’s site data for this website removes it and asks you again.
Details of the tools, and of everything the browser keeps: see the Cookie Policy. You can change your choice at any time under Cookie settings in the footer.
What we never do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
- We do not run advertising networks or cross-site tracking.
- We use your request details for one thing: answering you and carrying out the project that follows.
Who else can touch it
Only the parties a request actually needs:
- our hosting provider, which runs the website and its database;
- our email provider, which delivers the notification copy;
- Google, for the reCAPTCHA check described above;
- the measurement providers, only after you have accepted.
Inside Nicety Machinery, your information is seen only by the people who handle your inquiry and the project that follows it.
How long we keep it, and your rights
A request is kept for as long as the conversation or the project it belongs to needs it, and not longer. You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — including the stored attachment. Write to [email protected] with the name and email address you used in the request, and we will answer you personally.
Security
The whole site is served over HTTPS. Inquiry records and attachments are private to the back office, and access to them is limited to the people who handle your inquiry.
Changes to this policy
If what this site collects ever changes — a new tool, a new form — this page changes with it before the new practice starts.
